Section of dual carriageway road begins ahead
What it means
The road ahead splits into two carriageways with a central reservation, so oncoming traffic is separated from you. You will meet it where a single-carriageway A-road opens out. Traffic often moves faster here, so settle into the left-hand lane and keep the right one for overtaking.
