Ramped entrance to pedestrian overbridge
What it means
A ramped way up onto a footbridge over the road, so it can be used with a wheelchair or a pushchair instead of steps. You'll see it beside busy dual carriageways and railway lines. As a driver, take it as a hint that people cross here, and not all of them will use the bridge.
