Permanent change to the road layout ahead
What it means
The junction or road layout ahead has been permanently changed, and the sign stays up for a few months afterwards to catch drivers who still know the old arrangement. You'll see it once roadworks finish. Slow down and read the signs and markings rather than driving the road from memory.
