What it means
This locomotive panel goes with a Give Way sign at an open crossing - no gates, no barriers, no lights, nothing between you and the track. They are mostly on quiet country lanes and farm roads. Slow almost to a stop, look both ways, turn the music down and listen, and only cross when you are certain nothing is coming.
