Level crossing signs
Level crossing with gate or barrier ahead
What it means
A railway crosses the road ahead and gates or barriers shut it off when a train is due. Most have light signals too, and you MUST stop behind the white line once the red lights flash - that happens before the barrier moves. Keep waiting if they carry on flashing, because a second train is coming.
