Give way line at a roundabout

Give way line at a roundabout

What it means

A single broken white line across your lane where you join a roundabout. It marks where to wait: give priority to traffic approaching from your right (Rule 185), unless signs, road markings or traffic lights tell you otherwise. If there is a safe gap you can join without stopping, but look right until the moment you go.
