Speed limit signs
End of restriction or prohibition conveyed by an associated sign
What it means
A plain "End" plate cancels whatever the sign it belongs to was imposing - a temporary speed limit, a no-overtaking order, a waiting restriction. You will most often meet it at the end of a roadworks stretch. Work out what the limit goes back to before you accelerate; do not assume national speed limit.
