Double yellow marks on the kerb

Double yellow marks on the kerb

What it means

Two short yellow marks painted across the kerb mean no loading or unloading at any time, and a black and white plate nearby says so. Do not load or unload here (Rule 247). You may still stop for passengers to get in or out.
