Appropriate traffic lanes for different manoeuvres at a junction ahead
What it means
The arrows show which lane takes you where at the junction ahead, with the lane divider drawn between them. You will meet it on the approach to a junction where the road splits. Sort out your lane while the sign is still distant, then move over once and settle there.
