On-street parking
Waiting prohibited except for loading and unloading during the period indicated
What it means
Waiting is banned during the hours shown on the plate, but you may still stop to load or unload, because only waiting is restricted. You will meet it on the yellow lines of a busy high street. You MUST NOT park here in those hours, so read the times before you walk away from the car.
