Entry to and waiting in pedestrian zone restricted except for loading during the period indicated
What it means
The entrance to a pedestrian zone. Motor vehicles MUST NOT enter except for loading, and the yellow panel bans waiting at any time. You will meet it at the top of a shopping street. Unless you are genuinely delivering, park outside the zone and walk in - and read the panels, hours vary.
