Regulatory signs
All vehicles prohibited during the time indicated except for access
What it means
This plate limits the no-vehicles ban to set hours, here 10am to 4pm. 'Except for access' lets you reach a property on that road when there is genuinely no other way in. Outside those hours drive through normally; inside them, only turn in if you actually have business on the street.
