Regulatory signs
All vehicles prohibited except pedal cycles being pushed by pedestrians
What it means
An empty red ring means no vehicles at all. The exception is anything non-motorised pushed by someone on foot - a bike, a pram, a barrow - but not a motorbike, which is still mechanically propelled. There is usually a plate beneath limiting it to set hours or allowing access. Read it before you commit; if there is none, do not drive in.
