What it means
Lorries built in two hinged sections, a tractor unit pulling a semi-trailer, are banned beyond this point - usually because the bends, the width or a bridge cannot take them. In a car you are not affected, so carry on. Take it as a warning that the road ahead gets tight, and ease your speed down.
