Warning signs
Wild animals likely to be in road ahead
What it means
Deer or other wild animals cross this stretch, most often around dawn and dusk. If you see one, slow right down and expect more, because they rarely travel alone. Brake in a straight line rather than swerving; running off the road or into oncoming traffic is the bigger danger.
