What it means
The "Part time signals" plate under the traffic-lights warning triangle: the lights ahead only run at certain times of day, so they may be dark when you arrive. You meet them outside some schools and works entrances. Approach ready to stop, and if the lights are off, go by the road markings and take it slowly.
