Warning signs
Traffic merges ahead from the left
What it means
You are on the main road and a slip road joins it from the left just ahead. The joining traffic has to give way to you, but plenty of drivers arrive at the wrong speed and expect you to move over. Check your left mirror and blind spot early, hold a steady speed, and leave them room to slot in.
