Dual carriageway ends ahead
What it means
The two carriageways are about to become one road with traffic coming the other way. You usually meet it where a bypass drops back to a single carriageway. Lose speed before the taper, move into the left-hand lane in good time, and do not try to squeeze past on the outside as the lanes merge.
