Common questions
- A direction or a route looks wrong.
- Email us with the details above. Always follow road signs and road markings: if a direction ever disagrees with them, the signs and markings come first.
- Does the app need a signal?
- No. The maps, routes and recorded voice are stored on your phone, so it works without a signal.
- Do I need an account?
- No.
- Where is my location kept?
- On your phone only. It is never sent to us. See the privacy policy.
- Are the routes official?
- No. DVSA does not publish test routes. The routes in this app are practice routes made by Driving Mastery. Driving Mastery is not connected with or endorsed by the DVSA.
